I spent seven years in healthcare as a nurse case manager before switching to software in 2022. Soon after, I joined ClaraPrice, where I've written most of the product and, for stretches, was the only engineer. The domain knowledge turned out to matter: the product exists because of federal hospital pricing rules, and I understand them from both sides.
Outside of work, I build tools I actually use, like a Chrome extension that clips every grocery coupon on the page in one click and a budgeting app my household runs on.

Hospital Price Transparency compliance SaaS for 130+ hospitals in 20+ states. Lead engineer on a two-person team at a 5-person startup.
A Chrome extension with 1,200+ users that clips every digital coupon on a grocery site in one click, supporting 16 Albertsons-owned banners like Safeway and Vons. Injects scripts into the page context to auto-load and clip coupons, with configurable rate limiting and a running tally of savings clipped.
A shared household budget tracker built around manual entry rather than bank sync: multi-account ledgers, budgets, credit-card reconciliation, and realtime presence showing who's online. Per-account privacy is enforced in the database with Postgres RLS, and the app is covered by unit, database, and Playwright end-to-end tests.
Find recipes from the ingredients you already have, then drag them onto a weekly meal plan you can share with your household. Built on Next.js and Supabase with Google sign-in, saved recipes, and invite-based plan sharing enforced by Postgres row-level security.
